Roles within the party
Equipment and other things
Relevant items that are available from the castle are
+packhorses
+food/provisions
+lower-quality arms and armor for shardbearers
Fëanor
+spending money for the road
+more detailed traveling maps
+weaponry that is from the castle, but that he refined a bit in the short time that he had so it's slightly better quality.
He'll borrow the four additional warhorses to travel companions that don't have a horse, though only as long as they stay together with him.
Re: Equipment and other things
I imagine she does mundane tasks alright like lighting a fire and possibly cooking but these are not things she is good at.
If needs be, she can hunt while they are traveling but she might make a better scout or rear guard.

Alice was technically a maid and cook in her world; she watched over children, cooked and cleaned for them, and generally took care of the house with them. She'll be fairly quiet and reserved, but if anyone needs meager tasks like that, she'll volunteer to keep herself busy. Even fixing taylor issues.
As far as her skills with weapons, she knows basic knife-fighting, nothing special, aside from turning into a swarm of butterflies for dodging. Not going to lie, Alice is not the most fantastic fighter; she'll be a complete novice with everyone else. Those skills were self-taught, not at all fantastic, but at least I can say she's a mean fighter.
Should note Alice is terrified of fire /)_(\ so if fire is around, Alice is going to keep a ridiculous distance.

Also blanket warning, while not as adept at it as other elves, he has a type of telepathic skills - when he bothers to listen, he can "hear" not only animate and inanimate nature's messages, but he can also tap into other people's thoughts/feelings to some degree. That also means that he's hard to lie to. If this should come up I will ask permission first or you can hit up his permission post.
Lindir
-
panic attacks-Healing: He is not an expert or a healer by profession, but knows a bit more than basic first aid. (You pick up a few things working closely with Elrond)
-Cooking: Yes the Elf who oversees the kitchens can cook.
Useless for:
-Fighting (Technically he has some skill, but it's not anywhere near the level it needs to be to be effective...also too nervous to fight, probably)
What is he going to be doing? Adjusting to the world, trying not to piss off any of the Feanorians, trying to stay clean, and continuously watch and listen for trouble brewing. (So I guess technically you could use him as a kind of look out? Elf eyes & ears, after all, still got those.)

WHOOPS right journal this time i'm awake
-He has a spare weapon to lend if someone needs either a giant axe or an even more giant sword
-a couple of standard healing items from home, probably good for minor to moderate injuries
Roles and stuff:
-Useful for most all-purpose fighting needs. He's a mercenary who's recently been roughing it across the countryside so he can and will do most basic camp chores (fires, taking care of horses, whatever) butttt he probably can't cook beyond "this food (most likely) won't kill you" level.
-He's only human so those elf eyes/ears will probably be better at keeping lookout
-He can ride but not super proficiently and he can't fight on horseback
-Probably not super useful at hunting unless the prey is big enough to hit with a thrown axe (this does not sound like a good food plan)
-He'd be happy to teach fighting basics if anyone wanted, either sword or axe
-Mostly Ike will be just kind of dutifully rolling along trying to keep an eye on everything and doing whatever he thinks needs doing. He has big brotherly habits so any conspicuously uncertain or nervous party members can look forward to him trying to be awkwardly reassuring. '-'
